- Leadership-trained managers close to you.
- A common pedagogy to provide the best care and support to our clients.

- Collective agreement.
Your assignment
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education of at least two years, as well as education and experience working with young people with ADHD/autism spectrum disorders (NPF) and socially norm-breaking behavior. As a treatment pedagogue, you base your work on the young people's individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards making the day meaningful and content-rich. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the young people to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans.
At C4, we work based on the model Step by Step, which is built on participation, transparency, and measurability. We work hypothesis-testing based on the individual young person's needs, where the young person, guardian, and client are involved in the entire process. We assume that a well-functioning daily rhythm, diet, and exercise habits are crucial for the young people's ability to benefit from treatment. Together with the young people, we therefore work to establish a daily structure where engagement in the form of school or internship, as well as a meaningful leisure time, is an important part. The goal is that young people, upon completion of treatment, should live a meaningful life with increased quality of life and that they have learned social and practical skills.
C4 HVB
C4 HVB is located in central Kristianstad, close to the city center, public transport, business life, and the scenic Teaterparken. The premises were newly renovated in 2017 and adapted to the needs of the operations. All young people live in their own fully equipped apartments. HVB C4 targets young people from 16 to 20 years old. The young people may have a neuropsychiatric disability, psychosocial problems, some criminality, an increased risk of getting into conflicts with people in their surroundings, and may have high school absenteeism.

Your experience and knowledge
We want you who apply to us to:
- Have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people.
- Be responsible and have personal maturity.
- Enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.
You have at least a two-year post-secondary education and education in NPF and socially norm-breaking behavior. It is meritorious if you have experience working with the target group. Education such as treatment pedagogue or social pedagogue is preferred.
You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
