For us, it is important that you are communicative and capable of independently handling bookings received via phone, as well as speaking and writing fluent and correct Swedish. Since you will primarily be speaking with customers over the phone, it is essential that you are customer-focused and possess a positive attitude towards service.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF:

You have completed upper secondary education (not a requirement)
You speak and write fluent and correct Swedish (required)

We consider it a merit if you have prior work experience from customer service or similar roles.

Job Details:

Location: Fridkullagatan 28 A, Gothenburg
Working Hours: 08:00–16:00, Monday–Friday
Salary: Hourly-based monthly salary
Scope: Part-time, initially for 2 months with good opportunities for extension
