We are currently looking for a nurse as a temporary substitute for our HSL-Säbo organization. This is for 1 position.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who thrives working within Säbo (Coordinated Housing and Care Initiative). In Ängelholm, we have an HSL-Säbo organization where nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists work in close collaboration with assistant nurses.
You will collaborate internally and externally with a focus on the patient's best interests. For us, a professional and empathetic approach is a given. We also value that you are proactive and care about quality and patient safety.
Qualifications
As a nurse, you are confident in your professional role and have good collaboration and communication skills. You are solution-focused and able to independently plan and organize your work.
You must be able to document according to HSL standards and be proficient in using digital tools.
