Here, you get to make a difference every day. We are a cheerful and tightly knit team of approximately 50 employees who together take care of our more than 11,000 registered patients, from their first visit to all stages of life.

All our expertise is gathered under one roof – and you can feel it! We have specialist clinics for dementia, diabetes, hypertension, gynecology, and asthma/COPD, as well as Child Health Services (BVC), Mother and Child Health Centre (MVC), occupational therapy, and occupational health services. Our laboratory is staffed by nursing assistants (sometimes nurses) and handles both scheduled and emergency blood sampling.

We are a broad team with many different professional roles: district nurses, midwives, nurses, nursing assistants, psychotherapists, social workers, doctors, medical secretaries, and receptionists – all with the same goal: to provide our patients with the best possible care.

And as if that weren't enough – we also have a branch in Åhus, just 20 km away, where a smaller team offers care with the same warmth and quality.

Are you a General Practitioner with a sharp mind, a warm heart – and a touch of detective in you? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for, as we need to strengthen our team with one more detective!

We work in a team-based manner and believe in the power of collaboration – here you are never alone in your assessments or decisions. We hold daily joint assessments where you, together with a nurse, make medical assessments of non-acute patients. For sick leave cases, we collaborate closely between doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, and psychosocial resources to give the patient the best possible support.

We believe in work-life balance, so you have the opportunity to influence your schedule and work from home on certain days. We use the digital tool Tandem for documentation – patient records, referrals, and medical certificates – which makes the work smooth and efficient.
