About Us

Capio Primary Care Tomelilla offers a broad range of healthcare services, including a doctor's office, a counselor, nurse-led clinics for asthma/COPD, hypertension, and diabetes, district nurse services, elderly care, sample collection/lab, and health consultations.

We are a small and well-functioning primary care center on Österlen, where Capio Midwife Clinic and Capio Child Health Center are located in close proximity at the Family Center.

In our daily work, medical secretaries and receptionists are a crucial support. Together with Rehabhuset in Tomelilla, we have a subcontractor agreement that allows us to offer patients an immediate appointment with a physiotherapist or occupational therapist through our booking system.

Capio continuously works on developing new ways of working. We strive to offer cross-professional assessments based on patient needs and actively work to fully utilize everyone's competencies. We hold daily rounds where we discuss and review cases.

Accessibility, quality, and work environment are important to us, and we constantly work on improvements. We want to develop, and you have great opportunities to influence our direction. We have short decision-making paths. We are a large network of colleagues and expertise together with all Capio primary care centers in Region South East.

Tomelilla bus and train station is nearby, approximately 100 meters from the workplace. Free parking is available in connection with our primary care center.

About You

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine – and who likes to think, feel, and sometimes puzzle things out a bit extra.

To be eligible for the position, you must be trained as a specialist in general medicine. Have you worked at a primary care center before? Great! But most importantly, we look for the right attitude – that you want to make a difference, are curious, and have an eye for the whole picture. You like to maintain high quality in your work and always have the patient's best interest in focus.

We believe you are someone who likes to take initiative, collaborate, and contribute to a good work climate. You are clear, confident, and have the ability to structure and prioritize – even when things are busy. You see challenges as opportunities and would like to help develop our operations together with us.
