If you are looking for a workplace where you can be yourself, develop in your professional role, and at the same time contribute to something important – then you have found the right place. Here you get both heart and mind, supportive colleagues, and a work environment where laughter is a natural part of the day.
Your RoleAre you a specialist in general medicine and eager for a job where both heart and mind have a place? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
At Capio Primary Care Centre Broby, you will have a varied job where you meet patients of all ages – from small children to seniors – and handle both planned and urgent visits. You work closely together with nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, and psychosocial resources, and we like to think together! Our rounds take place in teams, where you as a doctor and nurse assess the patients together – to capture the whole picture.
We believe in balance in life, so you have the opportunity to influence your schedule and work from home on certain days. We use the digital tool Tandem for documentation – medical records, referrals, and sick notes – which makes the work smooth and efficient.
Aside from reception duties, there is also the possibility to work with Child Health Services (BVC), home care, etc. And if you like sharing your knowledge, there may also be an opportunity to supervise ST-doctors (residents).
We Offer YouHere you get more than just a job – you get a workplace where ideas are welcome and where you make a difference every day.
We offer a positive and developing environment with full focus on our patients. Our primary care centre is managed locally, which means short decision-making paths and that you as an employee have significant influence. Here, engagement and participation are not just words – they are part of our daily life.
At the same time, we have the security of being part of a larger organization that provides support, inspiration, and opportunities for experience exchange. You get the best of both worlds – the small context where you are important, and the large network that gives you the strength to grow.
For you as a doctor, this means a workplace where you can develop in your role, share knowledge with colleagues, and help shape the future of primary care – with both heart and mind.
Additionally, we offer the following:
- Collective agreement
- Present manager
- Competence development, both internal and external
- Wellness allowance
- Breakfast every day
- Network within your field
- An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other
Curious about life as a specialist in general medicine – with both heart and humor? Then we have something for you!
To join this adventure, you need to be educated as a specialist in general medicine – that is the foundation. Have you worked at a primary care centre before? Super! Have you not? No worries – we like curiosity and the right attitude even more.
You are a person who likes to make a difference, has a grasp of the big picture, and thinks quality is more than just a word in a brochure. You have the patient in focus, but you don’t forget to have fun with colleagues along the way. You are clear, confident, and have the ability to prioritize even when the coffee machine strikes and three patients call at the same time.
We are looking for you who like challenges, want to be involved in developing the primary care centre, and think collaboration is key. Here you are never alone – we have a team that supports and cheers you on!
And yes, we start with a six-month probationary period – but we hope you will enjoy it so much that you never want to stop.
