Welcome to Capio Primary Care Centre Ystad – where experience meets care!
With us, you get more than just a workplace – you get a community. We are a dedicated team with broad competence and many years of experience in primary care, making a difference for our approx. 13,000 registered patients every day and throughout their lives.
The primary care centre is located right in the heart of Ystad, close to both the city's pulse and the calm of the sea. You get here easily by train, bus, or car – and we have plenty of parking spaces.
We believe in the strength of diversity and value collaboration highly. Here, we work closely together across professional boundaries, with respect and support as our foundation. You become part of a safe and stable team where you never stand alone – here we help each other and develop together.
We have also now opened Ystad's first family centre! This will be located right next door to the primary care centre. The family centre is a collaboration between Child Health Services (BVC), Maternal Health Services (BMM), Open Preschool, and Social Services.
Your RoleAre you a Specialist in General Medicine with a sharp mind, a warm heart – and a bit of detective in you? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for!
With us, you get varied and meaningful work where you get to use your curiosity, clinical eye, and problem-solving skills every day. As a doctor, you are often the one who pieces together the patient's story with examinations and findings – and finds the way forward. It's a bit like being a medical Sherlock Holmes, but with better working hours and really nice colleagues.
We work in teams and believe in the power of collaboration – here you are never alone in your assessments or decisions. We have daily joint assessments where you, together with a nurse, make medical assessments of non-acute patients. For sick leave cases, we collaborate closely between doctors, rehab coordinators, and psychosocial resources – to give the patient the best possible support.
We believe in balance in life, so you have the opportunity to influence your schedule and work from home on certain days. We use the digital tool Tandem for documentation – patient records, referrals, and sick notes – which makes the work smooth and efficient.
In addition to reception duties, there are also opportunities to work with Child Health Services, join our diabetes or asthma/COPD teams, work with home care, etc.
We Offer YouWith us, you get more than just a job – you get a workplace to thrive in! We offer a positive and developmental environment where the patient is always at the center. Here, the distance between idea and decision is short – thanks to our local self-management and the strong commitment from our employees. You get to influence, and your voice counts!
At the same time, we have the security of a larger organization behind us, which provides support, opportunities for competence development, and experience exchange with colleagues from all over the country. The best of both worlds – the small, fast, and personal, combined with the large and stable.
Additionally, we offer the following:
- Collective agreement
- Present manager
- Competence development, both internal and external
- Wellness allowance
- Breakfast every day
- Networking within your area
- An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other
Curious about life as a Specialist in General Medicine – with both heart and humor? Then we have something for you! To jump on this adventure, you need to be trained as a Specialist in General Medicine – that is the foundation. Have you worked at a primary care centre before? Super! Have you not? No worries – we like curiosity and the right attitude even more.
You are a person who likes to make a difference, has an overview of the big picture, and thinks quality is more than just a word in a brochure. You have the patient in focus, but don't forget to have fun with colleagues along the way. You are clear, confident, and have the ability to prioritize even when the coffee machine strikes and three patients call at the same time.
We are looking for you who like challenges, want to be part of developing the primary care centre, and think collaboration is the way to go. With us, you are never alone – we have a team that supports, encourages, and sometimes offers Friday coffee (sometimes even with something homemade!).
And yes, we start with a six-month probationary period – but we hope you like it so much that you never want to stop.
ApplicationInterviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Therefore, the advertisement may be removed earlier than planned, so don't wait – submit your application today.
In connection with employment, background checks and extracts from the criminal record may be requested.
We look forward to hearing from you!
