Our vision is to have Sweden's healthiest customers. We work in teams with our various client companies, delivering services within occupational health and safety, health development, rehabilitation, and healthcare. A positive attitude, innovation, a holistic perspective, and a strong drive to achieve good results characterize our culture and work community.
As a Case Manager/Rehabilitation Coordinator with us, you play a central and vital role in coordinating rehabilitation efforts based on our clients' various rehabilitation strategies. You work, among other things, with mapping conversations, catching early signs of ill health, supporting managers and HR in various rehabilitation cases, and their systematic work environment efforts. Through close dialogue with the client, you jointly create opportunities for early interventions aimed at promoting health in working life.
You have a genuine interest in working with work-oriented rehabilitation, meeting the client and the employee where they are, and presenting opportunities through a consultative approach. You are accustomed to taking personal responsibility and working independently, while also possessing social competence and being a good team player. You work carefully and systematically, are a good communicator, are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, and have good IT skills. As a person, you are goal-oriented and motivated by seeing concrete results.
The role requires a holistic perspective where individual, group, and organizational factors are considered.
We are growing in Lund, which is why we are looking for a Case Manager/Rehabilitation Coordinator. It is meritorious if you are a registered nurse and have experience working with rehabilitation. You have a burning interest in people in working life, a holistic view, and would like to work in a preventive and promotional manner. We also look for someone with a business-like/consultative approach, social competence, and who is a good team player. As we are a smaller unit, we place great emphasis on personality and fitting into our positive and professional team.
Feelgood is Sweden's leading health company for the modern working life. We help companies and organizations improve productivity and reduce costs by working systematically and preventatively with work environment, sustainable health, leadership, employee engagement, and, if necessary, rehabilitation or crisis management.
We currently have over 1,000 employees who meet clients both digitally and at 155 locations across Sweden. In total, Feelgood's 8,000 customers encompass 1.2 million employees. Feelgood was founded in 1995 and has been owned by the Finnish healthcare group Terveystalo Healthcare OY since 2021.
