Finjagården works with group therapy combined with individual interventions. We work based on structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, and PE, complemented by a quality system that ensures documented treatment results. A quality system with follow-up for clients, relatives, and commissioners creates transparency, participation, and security.

We work from a biopsychosocial perspective, which means that we work with the client in teams with different functions (coach/therapist/SSK). We take into account all parts of the biological, psychological, and social aspects in our treatment process. From this, it is of great importance that there is good internal collaboration and insight into each other's work to be able to work holistically.

The units Parken/Loftet have a total of 20 places distributed across two units. Here we receive women and men aged 21–60. We receive clients with mental health issues such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorder issues, neuropsychiatric disabilities, OCD, anxiety issues, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behavior, and other mental comorbidity combined with substance abuse.

Unit Villan has 7 places. Here we receive women and men aged 18–50. We receive clients with mental health issues such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorder issues, neuropsychiatric disabilities, trauma, anxiety issues, OCD, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behavior.

We are now looking for summer substitutes for our units. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and sleeping on-call duty.

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In the role, it is important that you show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when necessary. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and teamwork skills. It is important that you can distinguish between the personal and the professional. You should have a professional attitude towards our clients, commissioners, and colleagues. The work requires that you are responsible and unpretentious – we work with clients who have it hard, and they deserve that we take responsibility every day to do our utmost to help them reach their goals.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A extract from the criminal record will be requested upon employment.

• Social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or other completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Experience in treatment work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good system familiarity as documentation occurs to a high extent.
• Category B driver's license.

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Knowledge of neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
