About the Assignment
Our client within the defense sector is seeking engaged and driven individuals with a passionate interest in networking. As an important part of their team, you will thrive in the role of a problem solver and be dedicated to delivering high-quality and effective solutions. Your ability to help others and your willingness to continuously deepen your knowledge in networking will be crucial. For this role, we are looking for individuals who have worked as network technicians for 4–8 years, as well as those with over 9 years of experience as network technicians.

Your Responsibilities
In the role of network technician, you will be a key person in the team and responsible for daily operations, support, and administration of the network infrastructure. Your work will also include handling and troubleshooting incoming incidents and orders.

Requirements:

• Relevant higher education or experience of similar work.
• At least four years of experience working as a network technician.
• Experience with Network Security and Network Operation.
• Experience with LAN based on Cisco, Dell, HPE Aruba.
• Experience with CISCO ISE.
• Experience with Fortigate/Checkpoint.
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Citrix.
• Experience with scripting and automation.

The assignment is subject to defense secrecy, which requires on-site work five days a week. Security clearance interviews and background checks will be conducted. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
