About Ågrenska

Ågrenska is a unique, developmental meeting place and a national competence center. We operate various activities from a holistic perspective for children, young people, and adults with disabilities, their relatives, and professionals. Who will you be working with? I am a cheerful and positive woman from Northern Sweden, in my 70s, living in the countryside in Sollebrunn with my husband. Some of my interests include color, form, design, sports, movies, and dogs. I was affected by an illness early in life and now live with its complications. I am dependent on a ventilator 24/7 as I have no spontaneous breathing.

Scope of Work We are looking for 1–2 people who can work during the summer, and there will also be part-time positions available in the autumn. Shifts are 12 hours long, with working hours from 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00 (including awake nights). The positions involve combined day and night shifts, so we prefer candidates who can work both.

Who are you? You are a woman, self-reliant, and able to take your own initiatives as you will be working alone. Some double assistance is available and used for doctor's visits, etc. You should also be attentive, reliable, and stable. A driver's license and your own car are required as there is no suitable public transport. Since training is provided on-site, no prior experience in the profession is required, though it is an asset.

As the work involves tasks close to personal integrity, I am only seeking female assistants.
