Imera AB is hiring a Job Coach for Daily Activities in Uppsala

Responsibilities:

• Support participants in their daily activities based on individual goals and implementation plans.
• Create structure, security, and participation in the operations.
• Coach participants in work-like and pedagogical activities.
• Work with communication support and individually adapted methods.
• Handle challenging situations with a safe and low-arousal approach.
• Document according to current routines.

About you:

We are looking for someone with relevant education, for example in social pedagogy, nursing assistant, support assistant/LSS, care and welfare, or equivalent.

You must have very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, and hold a B-class driver's license. This is a requirement for employment.

It is an advantage if you have experience from LSS, daily activities, the NPF area (neurodevelopmental disorders), AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), or behavioral support.

You are secure, stable, professional, and have a good ability to create structure and adapt your approach to the individual's needs.

Location and Working Hours:

Location: Daily activities – Uppsala

Hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday. Some flexibility may occur depending on the needs of the operations.
