We are currently seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist in Tech for an exciting consulting assignment with a leading player in the banking sector.

About the Assignment
Start: 2026-05-01. End: 2026-12-31. Scope: 80–100%. Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Background
You will join as a consultant to ensure continuity in procurement activities during a fixed-term period. The focus lies on contract review as well as legal and commercial negotiations within IT and Tech. 💼

About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with operations, IT, and legal departments, driving procurement processes from start to finish. You will serve as a key advisor on contract and procurement matters, ensuring the organization complies with current regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct commercial and legal negotiations regarding software, cloud services, and IT services.

• Review and quality-assure contracts according to internal requirements and external regulations.

• Ensure contracts comply with DORA requirements.

• Act as an advisor on procurement and contract management to various parts of the organization.

Must-Haves

• Experience: 6–10 years of experience in strategic or tactical procurement.

• Contract Review: Documented experience in independently reviewing and negotiating complex contracts.

• DORA Knowledge: Good understanding of DORA and its impact on supplier contracts and risk management.

• Tech Focus: Experience in IT/Tech procurement, e.g., SaaS, outsourcing, or licensing.

• Language: Professional level in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits

• Experience from the financial sector or other regulated industries.

• Experience with third-party risk and supplier management.

• Knowledge of GDPR related to IT procurement.
