In Karlshamn, there is one of Sweden's finest bank branches, where employees are at the heart of everything! We are now looking for an HR Administrator on 50% who enjoys administration, payroll management, and personnel matters and wants to contribute to a modern HR function.
About the role
In this role, you will support the HR department with HR administration while contributing to the modernization and streamlining of HR processes.
You will become a key person in the HR function and collaborate closely with all 100 employees at the branch. The role suits you if you are structured, service-oriented, and independent, and enjoy making a difference in an organization where employees are always the focus.
In this role, you will be employed by Academic Work and work on assignment for our client. The position is part-time (50%, flexible) and should be filled immediately. The assignment is expected to end in December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Independently handle personnel matters (regarding salary and employment) and ensure processes are followed
- Handle exceptions in payroll management – other salaries are sent to Stockholm for processing
- Support the HR team with recruitment and onboarding
- Contribute to the modernization and streamlining of HR processes
We are looking for you who
- Have a bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in HR, economics, or administration
- Have strong administrative skills and order in processes
- Have knowledge of payroll administration
- Have basic knowledge of labor law
- Are a good communicator and offer high service
- Have high integrity and a sense of responsibility
- Have the ability to work independently and take your own initiatives
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience with HCM HR systems
