Imera AB is seeking hourly and holiday substitute staff for our LSS group homes in Uppsala and Morgongåva. With us, you will find a meaningful job where you make a difference for people with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support users in their daily lives according to individual needs and implementation plans.
• Create a safe and respectful environment.
• Handle challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Document according to current routines.
• The work may include overnight on-call duty.

About you:

We are looking for someone with relevant education, for example from the Health and Social Care program or a vocational education (YH) in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You must have excellent Swedish skills in both speech and writing, as well as a Class B driver's license (requirement).

It is a requirement that you have experience from healthcare and social services, LSS, or psychiatry.

You are calm, stable, professional, and able to handle stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental endurance.
