Do you want to drive growth in a fast-growing company that challenges the debt collection industry with innovative and customer-focused solutions? We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to develop with us and build long-term customer relationships.

About the role

As a Key Account Manager with us, you will take on a central role in our sales team, responsible for both new and existing customers. You are involved from the first meeting and drive the relationship forward with a focus on creating value, understanding customer needs, and developing the business over time.

You will work both strategically and operationally, acting as the customer's primary contact person and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure high quality in delivery.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

  • Building and developing long-term, profitable customer relationships
  • Being the customer's primary contact and driving the dialogue forward
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing your customer portfolio
  • Analyzing customer needs and matching them with our services
  • Managing contracts, documentation, and internal coordination

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in account management or a Key Account Manager role who thrives in a business-driven and customer-centric environment. You are confident in your communication and fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. The role requires a B driver's license and openness to travel within Sweden.

You are a person driven by creating results and building long-term relationships. With your social and business acumen, you quickly build trust with customers and partners. You have an analytical mindset, are structured in your working method, and enjoy a high pace where you work towards clear goals. At the same time, you are attentive and genuinely interested in understanding the customer's operations and needs.

Post-secondary education in a relevant field from a university or vocational college (YH) is an asset, for example in economics, sales, or Account Management.
