We are now looking for someone who wants to work this summer with a cheerful young man with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).

The client is 24 years old and lives centrally in his own apartment. He is a happy, lively, and determined young man with a vivid imagination. He enjoys watching TV, drawing, using his tablet, swimming, going to the gym, and eating. When he doesn't have a specific task to perform, he often browses short videos on YouTube on his tablet.

He needs support and motivation in daily life, planning, activation, and interpretation in his communication. You will be there to help with personal care, hygiene, household chores, and much more that comes with everyday life.

We are looking for someone who is calm, positive, empathetic, and flexible. You should enjoy working in a team with structure and routines. We prefer candidates who view this job as a long-term commitment, as we value continuity.

Experience with autism and a low-arousal approach is a plus but not a requirement, as we place great importance on personal suitability. Your Swedish must be excellent in both speech and writing.

About the position: The client has double assistance 24/7. We are interviewing continuously.

Other details: God Assistans cares for its assistants, has collective agreements, and offers a health and wellness allowance of up to 4,000 SEK/year. We also require a criminal background check before employment.
