We are looking for an engaged and present clinic manager with a license as a dental hygienist who wants to help develop our dental clinic together with the team.

This is the role for you if you enjoy leading, supporting, and engaging employees, creating structure and job satisfaction – while also wanting to continue working closely with patients in your clinical role.

About the position

The position is structured as follows:

• 50% clinical work as a dental hygienist
• 50% responsibility for the clinic's operations, team, and development

You will have a central role where you work operationally in the clinic and help shape the future working methods and development of the business.

Responsibilities

As a clinic manager, you will, among other things:

• lead, support, and motivate employees in their daily work
• contribute to a positive work culture with good collaboration and high quality
• follow up on goals, key figures, and business development
• be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
• ensure good patient safety, quality, and efficient working methods
• work clinically as a dental hygienist for 50% of the position

We are looking for you who

• is a licensed dental hygienist
• has an interest in leadership and business development
• is structured, communicative, and confident in your role
• enjoys a role where you work both clinically and strategically

Previous experience in leadership is an asset but not a requirement.
