The Role As a nurse at Aleris Elisabethsjukhuset, you play a central role in the patient's care journey. You are responsible for pre- and postoperative care on our ward. You will work closely with experienced colleagues within the unit.

About You Requirements:

• Licensed nurse with 1-2 years of professional experience

Merits:

• Experience in orthopedics

• Experience in pre- and postoperative care

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role, with a good ability to prioritize and make decisions in various situations. You work in a structured manner, have an empathetic approach, and collaborate without ego in a team. With us, you contribute to high-quality care where every patient feels seen and secure.

Employment Conditions:

• Employment type: Fixed-term contract

• Scope: As needed

• Working hours: Monday to Friday with some evening shifts

• Start date: As soon as possible, by agreement

• Salary: Individual salary setting

• Collective agreement applies
