At Forenede Care, we are looking for you who want to work as a care assistant/certified nursing assistant and are available to work full-time or part-time during the summer for our home care service Njord Home Care in Uppsala

As a care assistant/certified nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our home care clients.

We are now looking for new care assistants/certified nursing assistants for the summer at Njord Home Care.

Njord Home Care has its office in the Gränby area, where we operate daily. Our service area extends from the office towards the city center, Kvarngärdet, Svartbäcken, Tunabackar, as well as Nyby and Old Uppsala. There are good bus connections, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk from the center.

With us, you will have competent and dedicated managers who support and develop you in your role as a care assistant/certified nursing assistant and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the position as a care assistant/certified nursing assistant with us, you will perform care and support based on the client's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction.

We are currently looking for several summer substitutes for full-time/part-time positions with an employment rate of “75-90%” starting according to agreement.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

· Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

· Be able to cycle

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care and a driver's license.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require proof of a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
