We are looking for an engaged and present clinic manager with a license as a dentist who wants to help develop our dental clinic together with the team.

This is the role for you if you enjoy leading, supporting, and engaging employees, creating structure and job satisfaction – while continuing to work closely with patients in your clinical role.

About the position

The position is structured as follows:

• 50% clinical work as a dentist
• 50% responsibility for the clinic's operations, team, and development

You will have a central role where you work operationally in the clinic and help shape the future working methods and development of the organization.

Responsibilities

As a clinic manager, you will, among other things:

• lead, support, and motivate employees in daily work
• contribute to a positive work culture with good collaboration and high quality
• follow up on goals, key figures, and the organization's development
• participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
• ensure good patient safety, quality, and efficient working methods
• work clinically as a dentist for 50% of the position

We are looking for you who

• is a licensed dentist with a Swedish license
• has an interest in leadership and organizational development
• is structured, communicative, and confident in your role
• thrive in a role where you work both clinically and strategically

Previous experience in leadership is an asset but not a requirement.
