Do you want a role where you truly make a difference in everyday life? We are now looking for a self-reliant and structured administrator for XERVON in Sörmland – a key role where you will take significant responsibility and help create order in a growing business.

About the role

This is a brand new role where you will become the local administrative engine of the operation. You will work closely with the district manager and support an operational organization with a high pace and varying workload, not least related to assignments with SSAB.

Today, a lot of time is spent on administration out in the operations. Your task will be to take over, structure, and streamline this work, so that managers and supervisors can focus on production.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for keeping the daily administration together and ensuring that processes run smoothly. You will work on collecting and compiling worked hours in projects, preparing documentation for invoicing, and ensuring that projects and documentation are up to date in the business system.

You also have an important role in payroll administration, where you, for example, remind staff about time reporting and compile documentation for further processing. Furthermore, you will handle the registration of personnel in various systems, support regarding training and certificates, and serve as a natural support to colleagues on administrative issues and the use of the business system.

The role also involves contributing structure to everything from project lists and deliveries to simpler financial flows and monthly follow-ups. In other words, you will be a central function that creates order, overview, and quality in the operations.

About the business

XERVON is part of a larger group with approximately 600 employees in total. In the region, there are around 350 people, where the operations are characterized by projects with both peaks and valleys in staffing.

In Sörmland, the business is closely linked to the industry in Oxelösund and is facing stable growth, making this a long-term and important role.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and is motivated to create structure where it is needed. You are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to see what needs to be done – and do it.

You are social and communicative, find it easy to collaborate, and feel comfortable in a role with many contact points. At the same time, you are meticulous and have an eye for detail, especially when it comes to administration and financial documentation.

You have experience of administrative work, preferably in an operational or project-based business, and are used to working in various systems. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
