HR Business Partner - Broad and Developing Role

Do you want to work in a broad HR role where you can work both strategically and operationally – and at the same time be a close partner to the business?
We are now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to help develop our HR processes and support our managers in everything from labor law and union issues to recruitment and leadership.
With us, you will have a independent and varied role where you work closely with the business, drive important HR processes, and have the opportunity to influence how HR work develops going forward.
You will have independent responsibility in the role, with close collaboration with the general manager for HR, IT, and Finance, who is also your reporting manager. The organization consists of approximately 145 employees divided into 90 workers and 55 salaried employees, as well as a number of hired consultants.

You will work both strategically and operationally across the entire HR area – from labor law and union dialogues to HR processes and recruitment.

Your main tasks
In the role, you will among other things:
- Ensure that laws, regulations, and internal policies are followed within the HR process.
- Develop and implement HR-related policies and routines.
- Support and coach managers in leadership and complex personnel matters.
- Contact with external parties and authorities.
- Ensure that all personnel data is correct and up to date.
- Drive improvements and development of HR systems together with the system supplier.
- Be responsible for recruitments based on the business's needs.
We are looking for someone who has:
Education
- A university degree in human resources, behavioral science, labor law, or similar, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements for both workers and salaried employees.
- Basic understanding of payroll management.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with union negotiations and collaboration according to MBL.
- Experience from organizations with both salaried and hourly employees.
- Experience in developing and implementing routines and policies.

Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary: 50,000 – 60,000 SEK/month before tax, depending on experience and competence.
- Overtime is compensated with an extra vacation week per year.
- Collective agreement under IKEM.
- Wellness allowance of 2,400 SEK/year.

JTEKT Column Systems AB is a system supplier that develops, produces, and sells adjustable steering columns, telescopic shafts, and valves to leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, and agricultural machinery in Europe. The company is a market leader in steering columns for heavy vehicles in Europe, a position achieved through successful product development and production.
