Your Responsibilities
As a staffing assistant, you play a central role in staffing and coordinating our personnel resources. Your tasks include:
- receiving sick and healthy notifications
- managing cases and reporting in our personnel administrative system Heroma
- planning and adjusting schedules according to individual schedule planning in Heroma
- developing and improving processes and routines to optimize staffing while closely collaborating with managers and employees in the organization
- other administrative tasks as needed
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone with administrative or HR-oriented education, or alternatively education in health and medical care. You are service-oriented, professional, and customer-focused. The work requires you to be structured, solution-focused, and have a good ability to prioritize when the pace is high. Good communication skills are crucial, as your way of interacting with others builds trust and forms the foundation for good collaboration with both internal and external contacts. You have good teamwork skills and value teamwork as you work together with other staffing assistants, while also enjoying working independently, showing integrity, and taking the initiative for improvements. For the role, it is also important that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities and suitability.
Employment Type
Permanent position at 100%. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. Start as soon as possible or by agreement.
