The Assignment

As a Consulting Manager in Eskilstuna, you will lead and develop our consulting team, serving as a central force in our client relationships and business operations. You will be responsible for staffing, recruitment, people management, and client dialogue, always with a focus on delivering high quality and creating value for both the client and the consultant. The role is operational and relationship-focused, requiring someone who enjoys matching the right competence to the right assignment and following up on performance and development. You will be based at our office in Eskilstuna but will travel between the clients you are responsible for.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead, coach, and develop consultants in the region.

• Manage recruitment processes and conduct interviews.

• Build and maintain client relationships while actively working on sales.

• Ensure correct administration of contracts, timesheets, and invoicing.

• Monitor delivery and result targets and report to the regional manager.

• Drive local employer branding and participate in marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or coordinating roles, preferably within staffing, industry, or logistics.

• Experience in recruitment, selection, and client contact is an asset.

• Good communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish.

• A valid B-class driver's license is a requirement.
