Work is primarily done during office hours on weekdays, but written exams also take place in the evenings and on Saturdays.
As the department's internal structure is now being strengthened and developed, the tasks within exam coordination will also continue to evolve and change.
The role includes, among other things, the following responsibilities:

- Supervision and support for exam supervisors in daily work
- Leading supervisor meetings and conducting training for exam supervisors
- Handling orders for written exam sessions
- Scanning of graded exams
- Handling and preparation of computers for written exams
- Managing emerging situations according to current guidelines and routines, and answering questions related to these

- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in personnel planning and team leadership

Personal Competencies
In the overall assessment of suitability, personal competencies are also given weight. All employees at MDU are expected to collaborate and treat colleagues and students with respect, take responsibility for the operations and their own tasks, and contribute to a good working environment.
The role requires a strong service mindset, good self-awareness, and a development focus where the ability to communicate well and build trusting relationships is central. The work presupposes working in a structured, efficient, and careful manner, taking responsibility for one's tasks. It is also important to be able to quickly adapt to new work routines and systems, as well as being flexible, solution-focused, and able to prioritize tasks that need to be handled promptly.
