RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you to join us for a summer temporary position on a schedule for the summer of 2026 within the LSS group home. As an employee at the group home, you will be assigned tasks based on the unit's needs. The work within the Support and Care LSS area focuses on interventions in the user's home within the group home.

As a support assistant/support worker, you provide support to individuals with special needs to facilitate and provide them with good care and a secure daily life. In this role, a good attitude is a given. In the position, you plan both individually and in groups to design tasks according to the individual's needs and abilities according to the implementation plan. We utilize the strengths of each individual, and you work to promote participation and self-determination to contribute to a good quality of life for the individual.

The tasks at the group home involve facilitating daily life for individuals who, due to various needs, require support to manage in everyday life. The main principle is to provide support and help based on the user's approved interventions, self-determination, and participation. The work consists of support and assistance with personal care and service tasks. The tasks also include documentation in our documentation system, Lifecare, and performing health and medical tasks after delegation by the responsible nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified support assistant/support worker (Health and Social Care program or equivalent)
• Class B driver's license
• Experience of similar work is preferred

We value that you are a responsible person who acts securely and stably regardless of the situation. Other valuable traits in the profession are creativity, responsiveness, and a positive attitude. It is also important that you have good collaboration skills, are calm, and have the ability to adapt your working method based on the user's needs. It is also important that you feel comfortable working independently, as a large part of the work is done on your own.

The work requires verbal and written communication as well as documentation, so you must be computer literate and be able to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 11 days - 3 months.

The position is subject to ID control and register checks.
