For this assignment, we are looking for an IT support technician for our customers in Västerås.

Job Description

You will work in an IT service desk team that supports the customer's users. Your daily tasks will vary from regular end-user support with Office365 applications, troubleshooting computers, printers, and other IT equipment, administration and orders, and also more complex cases. Case management is primarily done through the customer's case management system, ServiceNow.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid driver's license B
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and software, primarily Windows-based operating systems, but server knowledge is also advantageous.
  • Have worked for a few years in IT support.
  • Your technical experience includes working with ServiceNow or other case management systems. Windows 11, Office 365, basic networking knowledge.
  • Fluent in Swedish and good English, both spoken and written.
  • Completed high school education or higher.
