Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Consultant at Done IT Consulting, you will play a key role in delivering robust solutions to their clients. Your main tasks will be tailored to your senior expertise and may include:

• Operations and Management: Ensure stable and secure operation of the client's IT environment, primarily within the Microsoft environment
• Network Solutions: Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting in modern IT environments
• Generalist Tasks: Broad support and technical assistance, where you act as an expert resource with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new problem areas
• Great Personal Responsibility: You will have significant opportunities to take your own initiatives and drive complex tasks forward independently

The work is performed 100% on-site at their client in Arboga, with regular office hours (8 AM - 5 PM, some flexibility available).

We are looking for someone who

• Is a senior IT profile - likely with 5-10 years of experience in relevant areas (Operations Technician, Network Specialist, IT Technician, or Generalist) and who is a self-driven expert capable of tackling complex tasks and ensuring their completion.
• Has education in networking and technology or equivalent knowledge acquired in the workplace
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish

It is a plus if you have

• Experience with the Microsoft environment (Operations)
• Experience working with networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco or Palo Alto
• Experience working with network security
• Experience in security-sensitive operations
