We are looking for an experienced C/C++ developer who thrives in environments where quality, robustness, and long-term focus are paramount. Your role

As a consultant at SysPartner, you will be part of an experienced team with a strong technical culture. You will work on assignments that match your skills and interests, often in roles such as senior developer, tech lead, or system architect. You will have the opportunity to influence design, technology choices, and solution strategies.

Examples of technical environments where you can work:

• Embedded systems and real-time (RTOS, embedded Linux, Yocto, QNX)

• Communication protocols and network stacks (CAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Modbus)

• Safety-critical systems in defense, industry, and automotive

• Platforms and middleware in C/C++

Your profile

You are an analytical, structured, and unpretentious developer who thrives in technically strong environments. You enjoy understanding how systems work in depth and prefer to work closely with hardware to create robust and efficient solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in C/C++ development

• Understanding of system architecture and memory management

• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing low-level code

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with communication protocols

• Experience in safety-critical systems

• Knowledge of Yocto, QNX, or similar environments

• Experience with test automation or scripting in Python or Bash

• Experience working in R&D

• Background in defense, industry, automotive, energy, or telecommunications
