Here you will step in as a specialist in a project where SAP needs to be adapted to provide better support for dual sourcing. The assignment is about reducing manual work and creating smarter flows between procurement, production planning, production, and forecasting in a business with complex material handling.

The team drives the project with its own resources, but needs you to act as an expert support and sounding board regarding how the solution is best designed in SAP. You contribute with top-notch expertise in an area where the right process design and system support have a major impact on daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence an important SAP solution close to the business operations.

• You analyze the business needs related to dual sourcing and translate them into functioning processes and solutions in SAP.
• You act as specialist support and sounding board for the project team in matters concerning procurement, production planning, production, and forecasting.
• You define solutions for scenarios where the same item number can have different materials, and where different item numbers refer to the same material.
• You help design a balanced procurement flow where Purchase Requisitions (PurReq) are optimally split based on quota arrangements.
• You guide on how to handle double BOMs and how this can be automated for production planning.
• You contribute to developing a forecasting solution that is compatible with SCC Ariba and supports automated handling.

• Experience with SAP with a focus on dual sourcing.
• Good knowledge of procurement and production planning in SAP.
• Ability to define processes and solution designs in SAP based on business needs.
• Understanding of how SAP can be used to reduce manual work in procurement, production, planning, and forecasting.
• Experience with quota arrangements and how procurement flows can be optimized based on this.
• Knowledge of BOM management in relation to production planning.
• Experience with or good understanding of forecasting solutions compatible with SCC Ariba.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• You must be able to undergo a mandatory drug test with a negative result.
