Your Responsibilities

In your role as a substitute teacher with us at Clockwork, you will create meaningful and comprehensible contexts for children and young people within the school world. The length of assignments may vary, as well as the type of school. We work with both municipal and independent school authorities, giving you the opportunity to expand your network and gain experience from several different operations. With us, you gain valuable experience for your future profession while you study. Many of our assignments extend over a longer period, which can lead to direct employment at the school.

Your Profile

You are studying to become a preschool teacher, primary school teacher, or subject teacher and see the benefits of working within the school world alongside your teacher studies. You find it easy to understand new things and get to know new environments. You adapt your teaching to children, young people, and students with different backgrounds and conditions.

As an employee with us, you will have close and personal contact with your consultant manager. All consultant managers at Clockwork School Staffing & Recruitment have a background as teachers or preschool teachers, which means you can receive support and guidance on pedagogical and didactic issues.
