AniCura Gärdet Animal Hospital AniCura Gärdet Animal Hospital is a personal and well-equipped clinic with broad expertise. We are centrally located in the heart of Stockholm with loyal and friendly pet owners. We work in teams with specialties such as soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, ultrasound, and dentistry.

Here, you will have a varied and developing job at an animal hospital with a wide range of care services for dogs and cats. You will work in a wonderful team alongside experienced veterinarians and nurses, where everyone helps to solve the challenges we face.

About the role As a veterinarian with us, you will have a varied and developing role where you work broadly within small animal medicine and are an important part of the patient's care journey.

A large part of the work takes place in the outpatient clinic, where you meet patients with everything from simpler ailments to more complex medical issues. The work involves a strong focus on diagnostics, clinical reasoning, and close dialogue with pet owners.

You will work with:

• Outpatient patient visits and medical assessments

• Investigations in general medicine and internal medicine

• Basic ultrasound examinations

• Dental patients – from examination to treatment

• Collaboration with colleagues on patient cases and treatment plans

Since we are a smaller clinic, there is also a great breadth in the work. We have close cooperation between the professional roles at the clinic, and you work closely with experienced veterinary nurses and animal caretakers in daily operations.

For those interested, there is also the opportunity to further develop in areas such as internal medicine, ultrasound, or dentistry, and we always encourage our employees to deepen their knowledge in areas they are passionate about.

Who we believe you are We believe you are a veterinarian who enjoys the breadth of small animal medicine and appreciates the variety in outpatient work. You like to meet pet owners, build trust in consultations, and work together with colleagues to find the best solutions for each patient.

You have likely worked for a few years in the profession and feel confident in the clinical everyday life. At the same time, you are curious and want to continue developing – perhaps in internal medicine, ultrasound, or dentistry.

Since we are a smaller clinic, collaboration and work environment are especially important to us. Therefore, we believe you are a person who thrives in a team where everyone helps each other, shares knowledge, and where it is natural to discuss patient cases together.
