In this role, you will be part of the Child and Education Sector. Our focus is on the development of children and young people. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in after-school care at Eriksdalskolan, you play an important role in contributing to our vision that everyone should always be included. The vision is based on the pedagogical, social, and physical environment where students should succeed in school and develop according to their unique abilities.

Eriksdalskolan is currently in an exciting phase where we are making an extra effort on learning environments. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing the after-school care program. We want you to help develop and organize our learning environments, pedagogical planning, and collaboration in the complementary assignment together with the school.

We are building a strong team where collaboration, engagement, and a forward-thinking attitude are key words. With meaningful activities and good relationships with guardians and school staff, we work to create a good and safe learning environment for our students. We are looking for someone with experience, drive, and a vision for opportunities. You are a relationship builder with a strong desire to develop together with others and can contribute positively to our development work.

The role also includes teaching students in school and after-school care as well as supervising during breaks. Working on students' social development and value foundation is also an important part of the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified teacher with a focus on after-school care or leisure pedagogy. Experience is an advantage.

To begin working in preschool, school, after-school care, and other educational activities, you must provide a criminal record extract. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the National Police Board www.polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se).

Those who do not present a criminal record extract cannot be employed, contracted, or accepted into the organization according to current legal requirements.
