We want children to feel safety, joy, and curiosity during their time with us. Play is a central part of all learning, and we let both planned and spontaneous situations become moments where children can explore, think, and develop.

Teachers follow the children's thoughts and interests and weave together care, play, and learning in a way that makes everyday life meaningful. Reading aloud and conversations are recurring elements that strengthen language, imagination, and understanding of the world. We cherish dialogue and encourage children to ask questions, reason, and find answers together.

Creativity, imagination, and curiosity are just as important as logic and problem-solving. Play is the foundation for both development and well-being. IT is used as a natural tool in the operation, for example in documentation or as support in communication and learning processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You are a secure leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can develop at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze operations according to the preschool curriculum and other regulatory documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.
