JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

About the assignment

As a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching according to applicable subject plans and grading criteria. You teach adult students with different backgrounds and study habits and adapt the teaching according to their conditions and goals.

The assignment includes assessment and grading, creating structure and study peace, and contributing to students' progression. You collaborate with colleagues in work teams and actively participate in the systematic quality work and development of the operations.

• Are a licensed teacher in the relevant subject(s).
• Have a clear pedagogical leadership.
• Are confident in assessment and documentation.
• See adults' experiences as an asset in teaching.
• Want to contribute to a professional and collegial work culture.
• Experience in adult education is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

You are a qualified teacher at the upper secondary level in at least two of the following subjects: Swedish, Swedish as a second language, and English at the basic level.

You are a responsible and results-oriented person who enjoys taking on new challenges. You are good at collaborating with students, teachers, and other partners.
