By the shores of Lake Lindesjön in beautiful Bergslagen, Linde Maskiner has been operating since 1853. More than half of all heavy trucks manufactured in Europe have, for example, sheet metal components from Linde Maskiner. We work with sheet metal from a few millimeters thick up to 25 mm. We automate press, laser cut, hydraulic press, weld, and assemble. Here you will find a workplace where we show care for each other, take responsibility, and work long-term. About the job:
As a logistics employee with us, you will become an important part of our logistics team. Together, you will work to ensure that our customers receive the right products at the right time.
The work involves daily contacts with both external customers and several internal functions within the company. The role requires a structured approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, sometimes with tight deadlines.
You will work with:
Customer contacts and order management
Delivery monitoring
Purchasing administration
Planning and coordinating deliveries
Collaboration with production, warehouse, and other internal functions
You will be part of a positive and engaged team of three, where collaboration and accountability are important success factors.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in logistics, customer service, or warehousing
Has administrative experience and good knowledge of Excel
Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can prioritize between different tasks
Can express themselves well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you are structured and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment. You find it important to maintain a high quality in the work you perform. Additionally, you are cheerful and positive and find it easy to collaborate with others and adapt to changing conditions and new situations. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a knack for analyzing information and solving problems.
The employment starts with a fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
