About the position

As a Production Leader at Eurenco, you are responsible for leading your employees in their daily work to achieve the production's high goals and safety requirements.

Your work includes ensuring efficient flows in production. You are responsible for ensuring that produced materials are delivered on time, in the right quantity, and with the right quality. Furthermore, you work on continuous improvements of work methods and processes. As a Production Leader, you have great opportunities to improve and develop existing processes and flows.

The department manufactures single-base propellant. The order situation for the area's products is very good, and the department is in a growth phase. The role includes personnel responsibility for a number of shift operators in the department.

About you

The role of Production Leader places high demands on your ability to lead others in their daily work. Therefore, we consider it an advantage if you have previous leadership experience from production operations, preferably within businesses with shift personnel or equivalent experience deemed relevant by the employer. It is also advantageous if you have a post-secondary education in areas such as machinery or chemistry, but we will place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities and previous work experience.

You have previous experience working in SAP and performing financial analyses and follow-ups. You also possess technical knowledge and an interest in the development of manufacturing processes. You place great importance on ensuring that processes and routines are followed and understood, and you recognize the importance of carrying out work with safety as the top priority.

As Eurenco is an international group and most of our customers are located abroad, good English skills in both spoken and written form are required.
