Right now, there are incredibly exciting advancements in electrification and automation within our product area. At the same time, we are entering an intensive development phase to streamline our processes and methods by digitizing and modernizing our ways of working.

Your Mission
In the production engineering department, we work with the industrialization of new products and technologies. We also continuously strive to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in our daily operations. As a production engineer, you play a crucial role in identifying waste and supporting Lean production efforts.
Your tasks will include providing technical support to production regarding safety, quality, and efficiency. The role involves ensuring that production processes and digital work instructions are correctly integrated and updated in Teamcenter to support Epiroc's work in improving traceability, efficiency, and quality through digitization. You will also be a resource in our new development projects to prepare upcoming products for series production. This entails a lot of cross-functional work within the organization as well as contact with external suppliers. The role also includes responsibility for the creation and maintenance of documentation and instructions in collaboration with users.
Location and Travel
This position is based at one of our assembly units within PC Örebro. Occasional travel is required.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on production development or similar. We expect you to have a technical interest and be very accustomed to working with computers, as well as having experience in systems/software such as Teamcenter, SharePoint, and Excel. You have previous experience in production engineering work. You are good at conveying knowledge clearly through various communication channels and constantly see potential for improvement in your own or surrounding processes.
As a person, you take responsibility and drive your tasks with a goal-oriented focus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where conditions can change rapidly. You are engaged and unafraid to try new working methods or approaches. The work involves many points of contact, so collaboration is important to you. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
