As a logistics technician, you will work at the interface between material handling and logistics development. You will ensure that the decided logistics setups work in practice – from planning to implementation on the production floor. The role involves a combination of operational work, problem-solving, and structured improvement work where you collaborate closely with production, material handling, and logistics developers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities

The role of logistics technician means that you will work operationally with internal material flows and ensure that new and existing logistics solutions function optimally in production. You will combine daily support to operations with continuous improvement work.

• Work operationally with material flows – from goods receipt to delivery into production
• Ensure that logistics layout, picking methods, SAP setups, and material presentation work in practice
• Support logistics developers by testing, verifying, and providing feedback on new working methods
• Participate in and drive improvement activities according to Lean, such as 5S and standardization
• Support the team in problem-solving related to material supply, replenishment, and storage placement
• Follow up on key metrics such as availability, disruptions, and picking errors, and suggest improvements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has solid and qualified experience in logistics within production, warehousing, or material supply, preferably from the industry, as well as experience in improvement work, planning, and system support.
• Has a good understanding of material flows and how logistics affects production efficiency
• Has experience working in SAP or similar business/warehouse systems
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Kanban, milkrun, or other standardized logistics setups
• Participated in or driven improvement projects
• Knowledge of Lean principles or similar efficiency and improvement methods
• A degree in logistics, combined with the above requirements
