About the company Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to 5 axes. In addition, our facilities are equipped with modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement. Your tasks As a Measurement Room Operator at PartnerTech Karlskoga AB, you will have a varied and technically challenging everyday life where you play a central role in ensuring the quality of our produced components. You will work closely with production and contribute your expertise in measurement technology, analysis, and quality assurance. Together with colleagues in production, technology, and management, you will work both operationally and supportively to ensure that we maintain the highest precision at every step. Through your work, you create stable processes, safer flows, and high customer satisfaction – in short: you make a real difference!

Your responsibilities include, among other things: Measurement technology and detail evaluation – Measure and evaluate components, establish measurement protocols, develop measurement machine programs, and fixture and set up components in measuring equipment.

Production support and deviation management – Assist production with the interpretation of advanced measurement protocols, report deviations to relevant teams, and contribute to appropriate corrective actions.

Calibration and equipment responsibility – Perform calibrations of measuring machines and other measuring equipment, and be responsible for ensuring that measuring machines in both the measurement room and production function and are used correctly.

Operational systems and reporting – Work in Monitor, follow internal procedures, and contribute to ensuring that operational systems and working methods are adhered to.

Your profile

This is an exciting opportunity for you who have experience from the manufacturing industry within measurement technology. Do you recognize yourself in qualities such as analytical, meticulous, and collaborative? Perfect! Then you have good prerequisites for succeeding with us. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to production, likes to solve problems, and has the ability to communicate technology in a clear and supportive manner. You work in a structured way, take responsibility, and have a natural sense of quality.

We would like you to have:

  • Very good knowledge of production processes, reading technical drawings, and measurement technology

  • Experience in form & position, profile writing, as well as surface roughness and roundness measurement

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English

  • Experience with Calypso is an advantage

The work is scheduled in two shifts.
