By the shores of Lake Lindesjön in the beautiful Bergslagen region, Linde Maskiner has been operating since 1853. More than half of all heavy trucks manufactured in Europe contain sheet metal components from Linde Maskiner. We work with sheet metal from a few millimeters thick up to 25 mm. We perform automatic pressing, laser cutting, hydraulic pressing, welding, and assembly. We are your partner in most things related to sheet metal.

We are now looking for a shift leader with personnel responsibility who will lead, coordinate, and develop the work during their shift. The role entails overall responsibility for personnel and production within three departments: Automation, Laser, and Hydraulic Hall. Approximately 14 people work there, and you will have a team leader reporting to you. You are a present leader who ensures that staffing, work environment, quality, and delivery occur as planned.
ResponsibilitiesAs a shift leader, you have overall responsibility for the shift's execution and are responsible for:
having personnel responsibility for employees within Automation, Laser, and Hydraulic Hall
leading, distributing, and following up on tasks during the shift
ensuring the right staffing and competence in each department
actively working on work environment, safety, and order
following up on quality, productivity, and planning
handling daily personnel-related issues
The work is scheduled Monday to Friday in two shifts.
Requirements for the position:
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is required
• Previous experience in industrial work
• Previous experience in personnel responsibility or leadership
• Good computer skills
Meritorious:
Experience from work in automated production, laser processing, or workshop environments
Experience with Monitor G5
Education in leadership
We are looking for someone who is clear, confident, and solution-oriented in their leadership. You are communicative, decisive, and have the ability to create engagement and collaboration between departments. You enjoy working operationally close to the business and the employees.
