ValueOne is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry in Karlskoga. The client has a vacancy in the organization and the need for this competence is ongoing. The role is initially filled through employment with ValueOne with a clear ambition for over-recruitment.

We offer our clients services in three business areas: rental of purchasing and logistics consultants, recruitment of purchasers and logisticians, and Management Consulting where ValueOne develops our clients' purchasing, logistics, and supply chain in terms of strategy, model, method, process, organization, and competence time.

About the role

As a Supplier Quality Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet the company's quality requirements and for proactively working to reduce risks and prevent quality deviations in the supply chain. The purpose is to strengthen the reliability of the supply chain and ensure compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements.

• Ensure that products meet all relevant quality requirements, standards, and legal requirements.
• Conduct and follow up risk analyses and quality plans, and actively drive supplier development.
• Perform root cause analyses and lead the work on corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and assess and evaluate suppliers' process capability.
• Participate in the selection and qualification of new suppliers and drive quality-related issues in supplier collaborations.
• Ensure correct documentation, reporting, and follow-up according to internal requirements and processes.
• Continuously work on improving processes related to supplier quality.

Experience and competence

To succeed in this role, you have at least five years of experience in quality management. You have a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent education, as well as experience with relevant quality tools. You express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Knowledge of PPAP and Six Sigma is an advantage.
