Process Engineer

About the role
As a Process Engineer, you will have a unique chance to follow our chemical products all the way from idea and method development to finished manufacturing in the factory. You will be the link between production and R&D and work closely with our experienced colleagues in the factory. The role is suitable for you if you are curious, analytical, and want to develop in the intersection of technology, quality, and practical improvement work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing processes in the factory based on methods from R&D
- Preparing and participating in safety reviews
- Creating and managing change requests
- Initiating and leading improvement projects
- Supporting factory personnel in process-related issues
- Defining equipment requirements for new or modified processes
- Investigating and preventing deviations in production
- Participating in qualifications and validations
On-call duty may occur.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a recent graduate or has up to a few years of experience in fields such as chemistry, chemical engineering, process technology, or a similar area. You are analytical, structured, and curious, and you thrive when solving problems together with others. You enjoy working in project form and have an easy time communicating and building good relationships across functions.
You do not need to know everything from the start; what matters is that you want to learn and develop with us.
