Your Responsibilities

In the role of project manager, you will be responsible for driving production technology projects from start to finish. You will act as a cohesive link between technology, production, and external parties, focusing on efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability.

Tasks:

• Drive and lead production technology projects

• Plan, monitor, and ensure costs, timelines, and production capacity

• Participate in the startup of new businesses and industrialization projects

• Coordinate resources internally and externally (production, suppliers, customers)

• Contribute to improvement and rationalization efforts

• Ensure correct technical documentation and working methods

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical college or engineering degree, or equivalent experience

• Has experience in project management within the manufacturing industry

• Has a good technical understanding of production and machining processes

• Is structured, communicative, and confident in a leadership role

• Enjoys working cross-functionally in a complex technical environment

• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience from the defense industry or work with high demands on traceability and documentation is an advantage.
