As a production engineer, you will be an important part of the work to develop and improve production processes. You will work both with the industrialization of new products and with optimizing existing production in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role is varied and involves many points of contact, both internally and externally.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Technical support to production regarding safety, quality, and efficiency
• Ensuring that production processes and digital work instructions are updated and correctly integrated into systems
• Working with documentation and instructions in close collaboration with the business
• Participating in new development projects and preparing products for series production
• Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to LEAN work
• Collaborating cross-functionally with production, quality, technology, and external suppliers

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and drive your work forward. You are curious, solution-oriented, and see opportunities for improvement in both processes and working methods.

You find it easy to collaborate and communicate with different functions and feel comfortable in an environment where the pace is high and conditions can change.

• University or engineering degree in production, industrial technology, or similar
• Several years of experience in production engineering work or as a designer
• Good system familiarity, for example within PLM, documentation, or business systems
• Experience with tools such as Teamcenter, SharePoint, or Excel
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
