We are now looking for several Supply Quality Managers for our client in Linköping. The role is suitable for those who want to work closely with suppliers and production, focusing on quality assurance and improvement work.

As a Supply Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of purchased items, materials, and subsystems within one of the product groups Mechanics, Electronics, Systems, or IMK (non-metallic components).

Your main tasks will include:

• Ensuring that quality requirements are included in requests for quotes, contracts, and purchase orders

• Conducting process audits at suppliers and on-site at products

• Managing defect cases and complaints

• Following up and improving suppliers' quality performance

• Driving corrective actions and improvement programs together with suppliers

• Performing root cause analyses and risk assessments

The role involves close collaboration with suppliers as well as internal quality functions. Travel occurs regularly, primarily within Sweden but also in other parts of Europe.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree

• Ability to independently drive work and lead improvement activities

• Very good communication and collaboration skills

• Structured and analytical, with an interest in process development

Meritorious:

• Experience with quality tools such as 8D, DMAIC, Six Sigma, RCA, MSA, and FMEA

• Work model: On-site

• Location: Linköping

• Assignment period: Permanent

• Travel: Regular travel within Sweden and Europe occurs

• Requirements: Security clearance required before start, as well as Swedish citizenship
