We are a non-profit association and a non-profit assistance cooperative with roots dating back to 1984. Here, the members themselves are the supervisors of their personal assistants. This means:

We operate nationally, but this position is for assignments in Stockholm.

About the Role

As a part-time worker, you step in as needed – perfect if you are studying, have another job, or simply want more control over your time.

You will for example:

• Support users in their daily lives, at home and sometimes out on activities
• Assist with personal care, household chores, and transfers
• Be a social support – listen, chat, and create security
• Collaborate closely with the user as your supervisor
• Contribute to a positive, calm, and respectful environment

Working hours can be evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Who We Are Looking For

You do not need formal education; the most important thing is your personality and attitude.

We believe that you:

• Have at least 1 year of work experience in service, care, or similar (preferable but not required)
• Are attentive, stable, and responsible
• Enjoy working closely with others and have good social skills
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your shifts
• Have basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience in personal assistance is a plus, but we are happy to teach you.
