About the assignment

We are currently looking for consultants for a part-time job immediately for six (6) months, with the possibility of extension. The employment is on an as-needed basis, and we are looking for someone who is available at least 8-12 hours per week, with these working hours distributed over 2-3 shifts of 4 hours each. There is an opportunity for more hours. The work is carried out on-site at the premises in Östersund.

Before starting, it is required that you complete a short training and that you can be available on-site for a few full days. We will also conduct a credit check before starting, which must be approved.

Your tasks

We are looking for administrators because the number of cases in the client's email inbox for customer service has increased. In this role, you will manage the email inbox and sort and distribute the various cases to the organization's internal systems.

Your qualifications

• Completed high school diploma

• At least one year of work experience in similar roles

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

• Good knowledge of MS Office suite
