For 25 years, Gryning has offered HVB and open care for children, young people, and families, emergency and family homes, addiction care, supported apartments, interventions against honor-related violence and oppression, as well as LSS housing. We provide counseling and training and assist with placements. Gryning is owned by the municipalities in Västra Götaland through the four municipal federations.

Solsidan is an emergency, investigation, and treatment home in Skara. The target group is children aged 0-12 years, who stay with us for longer or shorter periods with or without parents. We offer round-the-clock care at the institution or apartment living with tailored care interventions for families.

We are now looking for a treatment secretary. The position is a permanent full-time employment. Working hours are scheduled with irregular times, including evening and weekend work. A probationary period may apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What does the position entail?

As a treatment secretary, you are involved in the daily activities with our residents and conduct both structured and spontaneous conversations and observations. All employees participate in the implementation of our assignments, but as a treatment secretary, you have a particular responsibility for investigation and treatment planning, documentation, and contacts with social services. You will have the support of a positive and driven team of colleagues, a supportive management group, and internal and external supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an academic degree of at least 180 higher education credits, such as a social worker, social psychologist, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education. You have previous work experience in working with children and families, have good knowledge of legislation in the area, and are familiar with documentation in investigation and treatment work. Knowledge and training in Environmental Therapy, BoF, Tejping, Marte Meo, Trappan, Repulse, TMO, MI, etc., are also advantageous.

We seek someone who has the ability to meet people in different roles and at different levels, has good collaboration skills, as well as the ability to reflect. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Since travel is included in the job, a driver's license is required.
